Sound Profiles has technicians who are fully trained and registered with the North Carolina Alarm Licensing Board. We will perform an assessment of your home or business location to help you determine what is the best protection for your property.

Your security system transmits messages to our central monitoring facility. An operator receives the call and then responds by calling your home or business and contacting the local authorities.

Your home or business is protected 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

An added benefit, to the protection provided by a security system, is that insurance companies provide a discount on homeowners' insurance if you have a home security system. The discount usually ranges from 5% to 25%.

TWO-WAY VOICE: This service allows a consumer to speak directly through he keypad to the central monitoring station operator as opposed to the phone.

CELLULAR BACKUP: If your phone line is cut and your home is broken into, the central monitoring station can’t contact you unless you have backup.
